Absolutely :)
And to be just a bit more precise, SHIFT+P will trigger the "pushback" function. On some major airports, you will even see a little truck come to push your aircraft.

Additionnally, if you press SHIFT+P, and shortly after, the '1' or '2' key, then the plane will turn left or right (NOT immediately, some seconds later. Just press those keys and wait) :)

F2

This is reverse thrust.. You really don't want to do this because it will waste a lot of gas.. Shift + P is the pushback function, go with that.

Not only that, but SHIFT + P will work with any aircraft, where as F2 won't... ;)

Some aircraft in the real world (DC-9's) use reverse thrust for the push back...It is known as a power back...Needless to say, it's quite uneconomical and quite noisy :) ;)

If I ever got on a modern plane and it used reverse thrust for pushback, I'd be a little worried
