stay with the 169.09 or 169.13 for now if you are running SP2 or Acceleration

the 25's fixed the missing resolution issues for odd-ball monitor scales but there is no need to install them other than that and they do introduce a few other bugs. I would wait

Do you know if it addresses the "FSX hangs" issue?

I just did a completely fresh install of FSX and Acceleration (uninstalled it, deleted all the remaining folder/files including user files, defragged my hdd, switched off the machine, went to bed, dreamed I married Kylie but that's another story, went to work a bit miffed that I'd had to wake up, came home, switched it on, installed it all over again) and it still freezes when I try to use the menus.

Can't believe no one on the beta testing team bumped into this problem, it's not like nVidia's skulking in the shadows!!!!

Hi Nick, yep tried that but eventually it'll still get you. At least in Windowed mode there's a fair chance of end tasking the hung program - in Full Screen you're all but dead in the water.

I'm going to hang on for the driver update and re-install FSAcc when I start seeing positive nVidia comments.

From the limitted use I've had with Acceleration I haven't really noticed anything startlingly worthwhile. Certainly if I'd tried before I'd buyed (!) I wouldn't have bothered keeping it.

All the best

Ian
