What exacly do you mean by "Real"? set your traffic sliders up make a flight plan in IFR or VFR and there you go ,you can hear all the traffic from the air traffic control including your flight, and sometimes even warnings if you have a collision course with other aircraft all made by FSX..

Unless you mean Real by real space planes and being connected to tracom center from LA or aproach in lax ,I never heard anything like it..

If you mean realistic ATC that behaves like a real person and not like a stupid computer then you are out of luck. The only way you can get that is to fly online at someplace like VATSIM where there are real air traffic controllers. FS has never had good ATC and FSX is no improvement over any of the other versions of the sim. Edit Voicepack helps a little but I don't remember if it works with FSX or has an FSX version. You might check it out though. It's a small improvement over the standard ATC. Mainly it allows you to choose between USA and foreign terminology and includes a few phrases you don't have in the stock sim like, "good day" and such. It also has a lot more airlines than standard. That's about it.
