I have not heard of one as of yet. I must caution you some of these programs were bad about removing .CAB files simply because of the TYPE .CAB instead of .GAU. With FSX just about all of the gauges are .CAB files the easiest way to clean up gauges is to put them inside of the panel folders of each aircraft. That way when you delete a aircraft you remove the gauges as well. 8-)
