Acceleration Great!!

Even though It change some how my spanish version ,wich is Fine ,I hate it in spanish, and even that cost me nearly $40

Why Is still on DX9c?

Im in  honey moon with FSX and acceleration  :)

But I got a question ,why its still saids DX9c? I know I don't have a DX10 video card, Neither Vista ,Dooes XP wont accept FX10, either if is instaled?

But isn't a library ,it should saids ,no matter if not developt for Xp or not having a dx10 video card, it should saids ,After all its a library ..or not?
