Alright thanks guys, I re-installed the game and everything is up now.

If you have a few planes that you want the jetways to attach but do not have the exit configurations than read the following link:

That is very helpful information, but now I can't get my traffic to work now. I'm going to try to re-install some packs.

The PIA planes are ok, but as I have indicated it takes some work to get them flying.
