Well, it's not really that I am having a problem, it's just different.  I am used to the analog instruments and I am just having a tough time getting used to it. :-/  I know all I need is some more time with it.  Just looking for a primer.  But, like I said, I have to use it more to learm more.  Would any of the tutorials in FSX cover this? :-?

In FSX goto the Learning Center, Key Topics, Navigation, Using the GPS1000.

Might be a place to start...

At that time [1909] the chief engineer was almost always the chief test pilot as well. That had the fortunate result of eliminating poor engineering early in aviation.
