I am pretty sure that every one has those, but I'm not sure what they are exactly. My guess is that their all the different autogen stuff!!!

They are necessary basic scenery files. Probably mesh, airports, landclass,etc...

Do not touch those.

Thanks for telling me. One less thing to wonder about. Sure are a bunch of them. You would think they would be in a single folder. Would take up a lot less space in the library menu.

I'm with Bjorn, leave them alone, they are part of the fundamental scenery system of the game.

However some add-on scenery will reqire you to ADD them to the scenery library.

After a while you will get a large collection of pay and freeware in your Addon Scenery folder within the game.  They are the ones that you manually add to the scenery library - it's part of the fun of the simulator that there is new mesh (the elevation data, and more importantly the distance between the sample points), new topographic detail and textures and an endless list of airports that great amateurs and professionals build and upload to this and other sites.

Get to know the addon folder.  (C...Program files...Microsoft Games...Microsoft simulator X... open and the first folder you see is Addon Scenery.
