Screen goes blue when I drop flourbombs

I don't know why (which is where I hope y'all can help me), but each time I drop a flower bomb in one of my missions a window appears in the top left corner (like chase view) and for some reason my screen then turns blue with white bars across

Sounds like an Out of Memory problem.  Post the specification of your PC.

Uh it has an updated graphic card and memory


4200+ Athlon 64 Dual Core Processor
1 GB of memory (updated to two)
A 250 GB hard drive
