Problem with Vista Registry...help...

Hi, I installed FSX in Vista, but the thing is that by some weird reason FSX isn't in Vista regist.  It still works ok, but when other programs try to install something in FSX they can never find it...it's weird....any one knows what to add to vista reg to make it recognize FSX??

Vista has over-active administrator controls.  As I have a standalone computer and my wife and I get on pretty well I have completedly disabled administrator control.  However for some programs, and for getting into command prompt there is another level again.  Go into help and read these rules carefully.  Especially those related to 'Run as Administrator'.  With FSX I never had a compatibility problem but some programs require you to choose to run them as XP compatible.  Its transitional, but still a mess.
