Some Advice Please

Postby Sparco1001 » Wed Jun 13, 2007 5:54 pm

Iv tried re-installing FSX, Defraged my HDD, Error Checked my HDD Oh and SP1 (which i think is the problem). I still get a load of problems (too many to type right now) and my system should be able to take it (not on ultra high of course).

If this works with the screenshot it should show my main problem. When i hold my mouse over some/alot of things this happens.....

Iv tried that and DirectX update but iv still got the problem.

Think i might re-install and leave SP1 off to see if that is the problem b/c i cant remember if it all worked before SP1.

Be nice to see pc specs and at least some indication of what problems you may be having. Download CCleaner and do a reg clean, go to ttools and post a list of things in you startup list, you would be amazed how much junk gets in there that is not necessary. If you have less than 2 gig ram upgrade it needs that much. But we cant help if we dont know waht the problem is.

Oh Dear, looks like iv spoke to soon :'(

If i hold my mouse over the GPS zoom button the bottom half of the cockpit shows the scenery and if i hold my mouse over some of the autopilot buttons the GPS screen comes up (which does go when i move the mouse).

Here are some screenshots:
