The system never hangs in windows. It usually hangs on a start up when I reboot. When I get nothing on my screen, I then hit the power button off and then back on. If I still can't get nothing then I do a CMOS clear.
And this just started.
Starting the computer and it hanging has nothing to do with the items we removed so we are dealing with something else.
Given the 11.8v rail reading it is very possible the extra boost to the components is pushing the PSU.
Let me go back in the thread and pull a set of numbers that will work at lower chipset voltage
