The only settings I could get past were 1260/630. Everything else made my system hang. I tried the 5 7 7 19 24 too and I could only get 1260/630 with that as well.

Vcore 1.45, Dram 2.1, Adressing Mode 2 Clock

CPU is getting a little warm but not to worry at this point. Please switch the temp monitor program to read celsius.

Try the following values

MEMORY TIMINGS: MANUAL

T (CAS): 5
T (RCD): 7
T (RP) : 7
T (RAS) 31
T(RC): 19

ADDRESSING MODE: 2 Clock

Start where you are on FSB and Memory settings and go up from there

If unsuccesful, try

MEMORY TIMINGS: MANUAL

T (CAS): 6
T (RCD): 8
T (RP) : 8
T (RAS) 31
T(RC): 19

ADDRESSING MODE: 2 Clock

If that is unsuccesful, go back to what you have 5-5-5-15 - 19

Ok, try some sim time and see if it is stable while I consider the options

If unstable, set it back to 2 Clocks and try again

You are now overclocked, even if not much.. you may or may not see another improvement because memory timing has been raised. It depends on if the increase in FSB will overcome the mem timing

I want to try something. It may net no results.

Go in the BIOS and change these settings:

VOLTAGE CONTROL

This is my last suggestion... if you are not successful

raise the Vcore to 1.475

NEW FSB 1300

Everything failed even at vcore 1.46. Only setting I can get was the last:

chipset core 1.5
cpu term 1.35
vcore 1.45
dram 2.1

5 5 5 15 19 clock 1

1280/640

motherboard temp @ 43 C

Ok so we have found the highest we can hit... not bad considering the motherboard and PSU.

now we need to know if it is stable. You will have to fly it

If it crashes... try the same but 2 Clocks
