It boot me to safemode with a warning message: "Warning! Change CPU or Memory Frequency in CMOS"

There were some settings I could not change though. They were:

PCIE Spread Spectrum: Default. I could not select it. By default it was set to Disabled.

LTD Spread Spectrum: Center Spread. This feature was not available for me to select.

Chipset Voltage Core: 4.1 V. Only settings it could let me select were 1.4 & 1.5.

Vcore: 1.35. It had a lot of variables but 1.35 was not there. The closest was 1.3250 & 1.3375. I set it to 1.3250 since you said not to exceed 1.35.

Cpu Clock Ratio: 7x. This feature was not available.

Hyperthreading: Enabled. This feature was not available, but I remember seeing it before I flashed my Bios to 1001.

Adressing Mode: 1T. Only options it gave me were 1 clock & 2 clock.

The rest of the settings it accepted.

I have not changed the NEW FSB: 1233 or NEW MEM SPEED: 616 yet because I figured I would let you know first.

Standing by..

Strange.,.. perhaps my first assesment was correct about FSB and the reason you did not boot was because of the vcore.

Lets leave that for a moment

Notice the Vcore in CPUz.

With a setting of 1.4v, it reads 1.344 which is low. That falls in line with the information I got about the voltage regulator on this board.

I want you to enter the BIOS and raise that to 1.45 and then re-boot. If the Vcore in DCPUz reads 1.38 or less, leave it at 1.45v in the BIOS

Post back about that while I do some checking on this BIOS and how it reads FSB properly.

Lets get the Vcore strait first

EDIT: I noticed my Vcore is starting to fluctuate between 1.38 - 1.39

Thats exactly where I want the vcore to sit right now
