For FSX, Vista or XP?

I know that i read millions times that Vista has a lot of troubles, just tweaking the game you'll get best graphics, but i want to know, why the XP maybe its better, or Vista one?

So, what PSU should i have buy?
Enermax 550W?, some guys said that Seventeam hasn't a good amper, i calculate that the ST has 368W real power, i guess  ;)
