Also can someone point me in the direction of a good cooling system for the CPU. air or water.

and some good 2GB RAM, pref 2 x 1GB

pref on eBay to keep prices low :)

(1) Hit the Configure button, hit the Temps Tab, click the first sensor, set as an example Desired:40 Warning:60 and repeat as required for the rest.  Select Show in tray for any you want to monitor.

(2) Hit the Speeds Tab, click on speed 1, set as an example Minimum value:15 Maximum value:100 and place a tick in automatically variated

(3) Hit the Options tab and ensure you have a tick in Set fans to 100% on program exit

(4) Place a tick in Automatic fan speed on the main Speedfan screen

Hi i have just bought a Gigabyte GA-K8N NVIDIA nForce4 SLI OEM motherboard

i want to overclock my stock AMD Opteron 175 2.2ghz to about 2.8ghz

what heatsink and fan do you recommend, i can go upto about 20.00GBP

I have put my Beechcraft at EGGP (Liverpool, UK) flew at 4000ft east for 2 hours, and not once did i get any problems, my CPU stayed at 25deg C and im made up

since the problem i have slopt my CPU in Zalman grease, and upgraded to 2GB DDR400 Ram, PC3200
