Passengers In Free Flight?

Postby tmelderis » Mon Apr 16, 2007 8:29 am

I'm relatively new to the Microsoft Flight Sim world.  I was wondering if it is possible in Free Flight to have passengers board the pland, and then exit the plane after landing?  Also is it possible to load and unload cargo?

There is a payware program called FSPASSENGERS that allows passengers I just do not know if they have made it FSX compatable yet this is the link http://www.fspassengers.com/
I have never used it but have heard a lot of good things about it. 8-)

If you just want to have the "money" aspect in FSX, try this: http://flynet.en-studios.de/

It's free and fun. :)

Thanks for that info Bjorn.  That looks like something I'd be interested in.  Is it pretty to easy to set up flights on FlyNet?

Yeah. You do it all in the browser, then start FSX, launch the client program and start your flight.

Be sure to check the forums of the site. I think they've got a turorial or something similar on there.

If i understand what you are saying correctly, you want passengers to physically board the plane.  FSPassengers is more of a feedback system, and a way to add more realism to your flight by having to manage inflight services, watch out for the safety of your passengers, etc.  I dont know if it actually shows passengers boarding though.

If we can get some more people to join Flynet, we could found something like SimVialliance (blatant Star Alliance ripoff).
