Welcome to simv.
I am not aware of any multi player on this site. As for programs that help install aircraft and scenery into FSX I think there are a few out there but I do not use them as some of them are more trouble than what they are worth. The biggest problem with aircraft in FSX is the aircraft folder is now in a different folder rather than by itself and then there could be some gauge and texture problems as well.
I am sure you will start to see programs that will aid in these areas. If you check the sticky's at the top of the FSX forum you will see some of the ideas there for both adding aircraft and scenery into FSX.
One thing I can caution you on is make sure what you are trying to install into FSX was designed to work in FSX. There are some fs2004 aircraft that will work in FSX with out altering anything but I for one could not tell you which ones will and which ones will not.
So far I have not added anything into FSX as of yet. 8-)
