Hi Alrot,

When you say that you set the AA, do you set it in the game or in the control panel of your video drivers ?

Sorry I've re-read better again, and since you mention size sliders, I suppose you're obviously talking about the settings in your video drivers.

In that case, what happens if you set them to 'controlled by application', and set simply the AA in the game options ? How are the perfs in that case ?

Also, did you update your video drivers recently ?

Set it from the driver. It's the better way to get AA.

Usually, you should have some icon for your video card in the taskbar of your Windows, next to the clock.
By clicking on this icon, you should be able to reach the graphical interface of your video drivers, and there find the settings.

On a more "classical" way, you can just display the properties of your screen (like when you want to change your resolution or wallpaper, by right-clicking on your desktop and selecting "properties"), then go to settings, then advanced. In the next popup window, you should get a tabstrip for you video card. There you should find osme settings. Just explore, but do not change anything wihtout asking us before, if you are not sure of the meaning of something, ok ?

Usefull screenshot Alrot, a picture is worth a thousand words :)

By the way, be carefull about the "image settings" choice. Just let it on Quality, or Best Quality. If you set it to performance, you'll get better FPS, but because some of the functionnalities of your card will be disabled (so you'll get crappy anisotropic filtering, blurry textures etc...)

Also, in the menu 'Nvidia Display' (with the name of your screen), if you go to "quality and performance", be sure to select "advanced settings", and check if the choices nammed "Optimization blabla..." are enabled :)
