Help with FSX Loading programs

Postby Skittles » Sun Mar 18, 2007 12:42 am

Hello... again

It's been a while, but I'm back.

So, I've finally got FSX running. But I'm annoyed with this...

Image

The first time, FSX asked if it can be trusted and I selected yes. But it keeps asking.

What can I do to tell FSX that I want it to run automatically?

Thanks,

Joe

They both will work perfectly, until you open windows.

There's a file called exe.xml in your "\Dokuments and Settings\[Your logon name]\Application Data\Microsoft\FSX" folder.

The entry/entries in there look like this:

False
False
[Program name]
[Path to your .exe]

Check if the "manual load" line reads "False". If it doesn't edit it to read "False".

This should solve your problem, I think.

After a while your gonna want a smiley that stomps on the FSX disk and tossess it in the trash. For some of us FSX is a very demanding game and we just don't have the requirements for it! A freind of mine purchased a $6,000.00 Alienware Pc that runs FSX like water! I am sorry my wallet aint fat like! I spent half that amount on this rig and that is because I wanted to treat myself for once!

Now it baffles me why I can't have the best that FSX offers, so I just deleted and put it to the side for the day when the costs come down and I can afford a highend rig that can run FSX with ease!

Pentium 4 3.2ghz
1gb memory
256mb graphic card
80gb hardrive space
I am whatever you say I am 1 :P
