Well, the runway is right on the beach, but it doesn't look very caribbean-ish.

Well, the runway is right on the beach, but it doesn't look very caribbean-ish.

Also the moutains in the background apear to be covered in snow

It's fairly likely in Washington, just because that's where all the missions are, and the default flight on some of the simulators is there.

Ya, it's Sitka.  Actually MS did a great job of Sitka, almost as good as Tongass Fjords (but not really :P)
