Funny... when I pop in my 4 GB flash drive (3.5 GB dedicated to ReadyBoost), I actually bench less, and I see no improvement in FSX. I'll play around with it a little more. There wasn't much scenery where I was flying.

With ReadyBoost, reloading times get shorter. flipping from the game to the settings screen back an forth is faster.
ReadyBoost WILL NOT increase yor fps. It just makes the game smoooooother.

Yes, I supposed it brings an huge improvement in the loading speed for everything that is stored in the virtual memory, like this scenery loadings while doing 360

Not exactly, but, it dramaticaly recuces the ocasional HDD hiccups, especialy on final approach. As you flare the plane, the landing feels more like pudding than sand paper!

On a different note, the overall performance of vista (mail, web, tv....) is faster than with XP ---with the exact same hardware---
