im not sure but i believe that if you use the flight planner to plan a flight - if you click "low altitude airways it will automatically plan VOR to VOR to your destination and auto load that into the GPS that way when you open the GPS it is already there.

? ? ? ?  :-/

at least i think thats how it works

Hi RitterKruez

thanks for replying, I just look at that the only problem you can't edit them, my problem is when I am flying for and virtual airline and the have a preset rout, how do I enter that in to the planer??

"what I need to do is put in the VORs so it will work with GPS"

First, open FSX Learning Center
([FSX-LC] comes with FSX) and go to Flight Planner section.
There, one can learn everything there is to know about using the FSX FP, including editing the route: FSX-LC states in part:
"Using the Route Map
After you create a flight plan,
the map on the Edit tab of the Flight Planner displays the route graphically as a red line. (For more information, see Creating a Flight Plan.) The red line indicates the route that you will follow, but you can add or delete waypoints along this route to customize it."

What this means in practice is one can create just about any kind of flightplan desired, the best part of which is: FSX FlightPlanner will even insert waypoints where none exist simply by dragging and dropping the red-line on the route map anywhere

No how cool is that?

FSX flightplanner has to be the neatest piece of software ever created.

P.S. I'm waiting for someone to write a utility which will convert these FSX created Flightplans to FS9 (I don't fly FSX, I just fool around with it   ;D
