I purchased FSX the day it was released, as I did for all my other versions, installed it, tried it out a few times with the various tweaks published here, found it nowhere matched the beautiful scenery, smoothness, etc,
with all the settings maxed in my FS 2004... 8-)...!
FSX is still on my hard drive, and I give it a try now and again, not very often, (for two about minutes), and then fire up my trusty FS 2004 for a days highly enjoyable flying around sunny California admiring all the full-blown, dense, colourful scenery below me... [smiley=2vrolijk_08.gif]...!!
I'll give FSX a longer try when my new Cray Super-Computer arrives....

...until then I am still a dedicated FS 2004 enthusiast...

...and FSX is still sulking on my hard drive!
Do you remember, the swap from FS 2002 to FS 2004 was nowhere as drastic, hardware-wise, as the swap from FS 2004 to....FSX...
