I've seen on a mission the trucks pulling up to an AI plane when arriving at the gate, does this happen to our planes?

yes if you open cargo doors the conveyor belt truck and the baggage carts pull up to your plane

Anyone else having problems with Pushback+turn?  ???

I have my 1,2,3 and 4 keys assigned to Select Item 1 etc in Control Assignments.

When I press my Pushback key I move backwards, but if I press Pushback+1 or Pushback+2 (as I used to in FS9) I don't turn, just trundle back remorselessly.

Any ideas?

Cheers

Ian

it worked fine for me,  it may be your keyboard beacuse i know with another one i had it sometimes didnt like me pressing shift+p then 2 or 1  and would just go straight back.

It's a good thought but pushback still works in FS9 so I think I may have loused up my keyboard mappings.

Can someone post a copy of their control assignments file so I can compare and see what settings I changed or deleted? (..\Documents and Settings\[username]\Application Data\Microsoft\FSX\Controls\Standard.XML)

Cheers

I got the same problem, BUT, you press the 1 or 2 once
and the tug will push your plane into that direction following the taxi line (yellow line). and you can continue going back, you have to stop the pushback yourself though. Im sure you can do a series of turns following the taxi lines. Its not really like a steering wheel.

In my case the plane simply won't turn at all. It completely ignores the 1 or the 2.

No matter - I've decided to use the FSInn pushback instead, it's far slicker !
