Mission creation?

I noticed Avsim has some missions people have made for FSX with triggers and such and I was wondering-- how on earth can this be done?  I know it's only been a few days sine the launch, but is there a tutorial somewhere?  I don't think it's in the manual...

Anyway, this is something I'd LOVE to get into as I never found the time to adequately learn how to model, or paint textures and I think this wouldbe a great hobby to build upon soas to give back to this great community.

FSX Learning Center states the SDKs are included:
"A variety of tools and processes let you create and modify Flight Simulator aircraft, Missions, panels and gauges, terrain, weather, special effects, air traffic control voicepacks, and scenery. To use these tools and processes (software development kits or SDKs) you must at least understand Flight Simulator file structures and may need some advanced programming skills.

The Flight Simulator X Deluxe version includes the SDKs. You'll learn more about the skills required by reading the documentation and working through the tutorials that form the bulk of the SDK."

That would be awesome!  If so, I'd love to have one where you have to fly the heli in close formation with another plane... like those "Untied Team" guys do!

(a Schweizer 300C flys in formation with a Stearman as a stuntman climbs from the Stearman to the skid of the heli in flight!)  

It'd be somewhat similar to the mission where you land the plane on the Bus.
