So...has anyone tried replacing the default landclass with MyWorld or anything similar? Are the file types the same even? Hope someone can help,
Chris

I've only installed one addon in the week I've been flying the new FSX and it was just an exclude file by Jon Patch

Everything is new in FSX
so most of my time is spent flying around and enjoying the new sim. The default everything in FSX is improved over the former sims: seagulls fly by, sailboats, launches and ships ply

I think it depends on where you fly. Personally my favourite bits of the world to fly over are the Greek islands, and from what I've seen in the 2nd beta they aren't greatly improved from FS2004. Although I have to say I blame the lack of available data rather than Microsoft here.
