to bad im in a bit of a money bind right now :(

Yeah, it's not supposed to ship until the 17th.  As far as I know, nobody other than a certain few individuals should have it.  I hate to be the nay-sayer here, but either I smell something fishy, or stores are selling the copies prior to the ship date (which is breaking their contract with those who supply the product if I'm not mistaken) and is a big no-no. ???

i KNOW amazon is releasing it on the 17th. Still have to wait till the 23rd at the soonest before it arrives.  also i checked the best buy website and nowhere on it does it mention FSX.

Believe me, if MS didn't want it released, it would not be released.  More likely is that MS just finished distributing it early and moved up the date.
