Missing Textures

Postby Super_Game » Fri Oct 06, 2006 10:15 pm

For some reason, the taxiway signs in my FSX airports have missing textures. They just appear as white. I have provided a picture:

Does anyone else have this problem? If so, how can this be fixed? Thank you for your help.

What are your in-game settings and your computer specs?

have you added scenery? Only ask cause it looks as if youve got some f-15's or mig 29's in that pic

I think thats a pretty safe assumption considering the 787 as well.

Those aircrafts in the background are from default scenery. That is taken from the mission where you have to perform an airshow with the A321. My system specs are:

Windows XP
Pentium 4   2.53GHz Proccessor
512mb RAM
GeForce FX5200 Video Card 128MB

FSX runs really choppy even with the sliders all the way down with this video card. That's why I'm getting the new nVidia G80 card when it comes out But is it possible the white textures are because of the video card? Also, aside from getting the new card, what other recommendations anyone has for me to upgrade, like the RAM or Proccessor etc. (PS I'm getting Windows Vista too). Thanks.
