Saving FSX to disk to put on another PC

Postby flyboy 28 » Wed Aug 16, 2006 8:39 am

Since I'm using my dad's computer, he didn't design it for gaming, thus it has no video card. My brother's computer is upstairs, with a decent vid card, but he's on a wireless router and sometimes the connection is finky. So can I take my FSX demo from down here to put it upstairs on my brothers? I'm sure I can, I just don't know which files to put to a CD.

Thanks,
James

If you have not already deleted the file that you downloaded, burn that to disk. If not and you have the means, download it again and burn it. Much easier than ID-ing all the files to transfer.

1. Captain, if the problem is not entered into the technical logbook.........then the aircraft does not have a problem.
2. And, if you have time to write the fault on a napkin and attach to it to the yoke.........you have time to write it in the tech log....see point 1.
