Not necessarily. FS Planet has been mostly known to post any addon [payware or freeware] on its site for free without the express permission from the authors. Not only that, some of the addons even prohibit FS Planet from posting them on their site due to their "I-have-the-right-to-post-any-addon-whether-its-freeware-or-payware-because-it's-an-addon-and-therefore-it-is-free "mentality.
