Load flight Plan error

Trying to add a new flightplan.
When running the complier I get the following error message.

ubnable to delete old traffic file (traffic030528.bgl)
is it write protected.?

Any assistance appreciated.

More details please -

What Operating Syetm are you using - XP, Vista or Win 7 ?

Do you mean you are attempting to add to the default Traffic file or are you creating a new Traffic file (FS 2004 allows as many Traffic files as you may want - they just need to have a unique name).

What utility are you using - Traffic Tools by chance?

win Vista............yes adding a flight plan using the TTools program.

I added a plan saved the file and then ran the complier, and that was the message I received.

Right click the TTools program and choose Run as Administrator.
