addon problems with windows 7

Anyone having problems with  addon scenery for fs9 with windows 7??
Just bought a new quad core with all bells and whistles and as I prefer fs9 to FSX I loaded it, however, when I went to do my airport upgrades, Craig Mosers CYHZ for instance, the scenery library add area doesnt work at all, usually when clicking add the path turns blue and no joy.

As fs9 has so much better addons than fsx I would love to run it on this newer and much faster unit, open to all suggestions.....

thanks for the reply. shotly after posting it I was reading an older enquiry here with same problem and the answers received there fixed my problem, I found XP much more user friendly, thanks again
