Just working from memory, as I haven't had the ole 747 out of the hangar for a while.  Are you sure you have all the electrical switches closed for the generators to be operating and charging the batteries, as there are several switches that must be closed?  How much fuel is onboard?

When you say the engines are running, what % N2 are you seeing on the panel where the start switches are located?  My next guess is that the engines may actually only be spinning because you have the starter engaged, but they are not actually running.  If that is the case, check the fuel levers below the throttles to ensure you are providing fuel to the engines.

engines are running at like above 20% of n2,i am sure they run.. they are not just spinning.. they are fine for a minute or 2.. then all goes dead..like,i do all like on youtube video.. and i am so desperate, like,i will need to make my own video..if u can find checklist for it,u can email me..

If the engines are actually running, you should see N2 at about 40-50% at idle.  If you are only getting just above 20%, then my above theory may be correct.  The starters are just turning the engines, however they are not getting fuel so there is no combustion.  Check the fuel levers located just below the throttles.  Also check on the fuel panel that your fuel pumps are on, and you have valves open from the fuel tanks so fuel can get from the tanks to the engines.

The beep sound when you try to go to full throttle is because the aircraft is not set up properly for takeoff.  The trim must be set (in the green range), and flaps at the right setting.  There may be a few other things also, but I can't remember them.  I would advise you to read through the checklist and manual again, many of these issues will be resolved if you follow them step by step.

The checklist should appear on the kneeboard in Flight Sim.
