[color=#000000]Rename your FS9 folder to something else, also name the FS9.cfg & FS9.exe that, and it will recognize it, allowing you to not have to rename anything after. I chose to use FFS9, but I don't think it matters as long as you change it.
Then just pop in your FS9 disc one and install as you normally would. You can do this as many times as you have available hard drive space.
If you keep your addon scenery somewhere besides the FS9 addon folder, you only have to have the scenery in that one place. You just have to add it as normal, but in both installs, that is if you want it in both. If not, just keep up with which one is which and which sceneries you want in each install. Obviously, there are a few addons that have to be in FS9/Scenery for some reason, but these are few.
