For a complete simulation, from cold cockpit  to a best ILS landing and parking, The one to have is the MD11, by Alain Capt. (www.acsoft.ch) : Flight plan, Push back, Sound crew, Superb panel ,  TCAS , WX radar, realistic sound, abundant documentation--- you only wish for a co-pilot. This is as close one gets to the real mccoy.

Please don't forget the Project Tupolev TU154_V94. True it's a little difficult to learn, being so complex, but well worth the effort! The only thing I wish was that they would allow replacement of the Soviet nav system with a modern GPS for use outside Russia.

1: it has VOR too
2: Use the INS or NAS doppler nav instead of the RSBN
3: There is a KLN90B GPS unit coming... probably all that you ever needed to satisfy your GPS needs as long as FS2004 will last as it will be an exact (project tupolev) simulation of it.

Now that I've flown it.  I believe the Christen Eagle would make the list.  And maybe the enzo, I haven't tried the finished edition.

I second that Bill Lyons Tri Pacer, best single engine general aviation plane ever!  I have a few other payware single engine aircraft, and this now released freeware tripacer stands right along the ranks, if not better!

Veneaviones Citation II and their Turbocommander

Just to add, for Water, get waterzone.zip plus orik's water enhancements overtop of that, it looks great.

I would say the whole of Prague VFR scenery (http://www.fsscene.org)

and Samdim design Tupolev Tu114 purely for the size of the virtual cabin!!! (the exterior is quite good 2 tho)
