Landable deck..........

I've just installed Cyril E King (TIST) by Travis FitzPatrick & want make the deck of the large cargo ship in the bay landable for a small Hughes H500D chopper to use.   Is this possible....just in time for Christmas?     :D
When the c**p hits the fan, get a tent.
