ATC and Sim problem...

Postby TXGrunt » Sun Aug 02, 2009 8:44 am

Well it all started this morning when I wanted to do a nice flight from Seattle to Las Angeles..

I am having a problem with the ATC... When I start on ground atc everything starts to doulbe itself! Here is a picture of what I am talking about

Image

When I tune to tower I am not only getting tower but ground as well! Then when I tune to departure. I am getting ground, tower, and departure!!! WTF? Everything was working fine yesterday and now it isnt....

Plus when I went to "End Flight" The flight just reset it self! WTF?

Anybody have this problem before?

I really dont want to re-install considering that I have a whole bunch of add-on sen.

Im sad...

Did it happen again the next time you loaded up the Sim..?

(I'm assuming the fault corrected itself then?)..;)...!

If FS9 has a main CFG file, you could rename it and let the sim write a new one.

Probably not helpful - becasue I can see Seattle Approach on your screenshot - but sometimes smaller airports have the same frequency for ground/tower/aprpoach.

I'm guessing Seattle isn't a smaller airport though ;)

I have had the same problem when around Washington DC like National and BWI. If I end flight it resets and I just quit program. But I did notice that the some of the problems started with certain DLed planes I will not mentioned them as of yet until my testing is complete. But one thing i did do was rename the FS config file and it started right up just fine
