No FS's will load.... HELP!!!

I'm running Windows XP with Service Packs 1, 2, and 3.  Don't know what I did wrong, but the innitial screen comes up, but then program freezes.  (Also running the SimVation autoloader in startup files in FS9 + FS2k2).  I have many add-ons, and dread reloading everything - doubt that I could, anyway.
  Ideas about what went wrong?  Can I correct it without reloading everything?
  I DID defrag hd using Disktrix Ultimate Defrag....   Thanks in advance.

Try renaming the FS9.cfg so FS will rebuild it.  This usually corrects the issue.

fs9.cfg can be found in .. My Computer / C: / Documents and Settings / (user name) / Application Data / Microsoft / FS9


you will need to make sure that "SHOW HIDDEN FILES AND FOLDERS" is selected in Tools / Folder Options, at the top of the "My Computer" window.  This will allow you access to the hidden files on your computer.

Well it might not have nothing to do with the Sim, but ......SP 1 , 2 ,3 wow thats smells like conflicts.If not , you are the first!!!!!
