Float Plane theatrics

Is it possible to adjust the aircraft .cfg file to lessen or stop the bobbing of a float plane while docked beside a boat that doesn't?

Jim, I guess you are comparing a fixed scenery item (the boat) to a "live" aircraft.

Can it be done ... well, yes but not in a reasonable way.

1.  Make the aircraft an AI version (not flyable), or
2.  Spread the contact points out over a hundred feet might help; not sure, or
3.  Make the aircraft as a scenery item.

I don't think either of these options are what you want but know that even if the aircraft had no suspension, it would still bob around in the water.

Thanks for the info, Milton. My flights to the cottage will just have to including some bobbing.
