How to set up 2 monitors for FS9?

Postby pickup » Sat Jul 18, 2009 1:05 am

I am running Windows Xp Professinal 32 bit, with a Intel Core 2 Quad Q9650 Quad Core Processor, EVGA 75  0 SLI Mainboard 16 00 MHz FSB, 4 GB  of ram, and 1 GB EVGA GeForce GTX 280 video card. I have two new 26 inch flat screen monitors and I am having trouble getting them setup for FS9. If  anyone could tell me how to set up this particular video card and also how to set up FS9 until I can afford to get the Triplehead2 go, I would really appreciate it. I watched Roger Doger DYI on Utube and they make it look easy, but I must be missing a few tricks because it won't work for me and kicks the game out.
Thankyou

If you're wanting the display to be stretched across both monitors,

Go into your Video cards interface and set it up for extended desktop, that way both monitors are acting as one giant screen, then start FS9 and go to the Hardware tab, and select a new resolution (they change when you do the first step) that looks best to you for covering both screens.
