Flying The RAF Tornado in FS2004

Hello, I am a newbie to this site so I apologise if I am repeating a previous topic.  I am using FS2004 to fly the RAF Tornado software and was wondering if the LAGO menu is accessible to do in flight refuelling?

Press the ALT key to bring up the menu at the top of the screen you need and select it from that
