A question about notepad

Postby Jaypee Dippel » Mon Dec 08, 2008 7:50 pm

Can anybody tell me how to restore the default font used in notepad? Recently I was playing around and changed the font and changed it and changed it but I can't find the original.
:-[
There's a reason why this matters, All my cfg files and txt files have changed. In the original font all the characters, low or high case, numbers or whatever are evenly spaced, all my cfg files were in perfect columns, now their all messed up! I can't find another font that will put them back in order again.
Sorry for being so long J.P.

Not sure if this will help, but my default notepad settings

font is: Lucida Console
Font syle is: Regular
Font size is:14
Script is set at:Western (I imagine this would be different depending on where at in the world you live)

Go to the format tab at the top of an open text document and select "Font" and change it to these settings and then save the document and see if that helps. :-/
