This is an animation bug. I suspect you clicked the Yes option the first time you selected the aircraft in FS9. This can be fixed with a simple edit to fs9.cfg. Open it in Notepad & find the relevant entry under the [FrameCallNoWarn] header. Change the value from 0 to 1. Exit Notepad saving changes when prompted.

I doubt there's much you can do about the prop. You could probably change the effects by editing the tailskid variables in Aircraft.cfg. FS flight dynamics is a black art to me so I'd better leave all that to someone else.

Of course, it would be much better if you can find a proper FS9 model of the aircraft.
