Flashing Water Tiles . Everything was fine yesterday.

Your waves are messed up. I had this problem too and had to reinstall the wave texture, I believe it's in the effects/texture, but I may be wrong on that let me check real quick.

Look for a couple of textures called fx_swoosh & fx_swoosh2. If they're not there that could be it, or they have become corrupted somehow maybe.

I got it repaired.  I had to restore the files I had deleated by mistake.
