No CD patch?

Postby JA 37 Viggen » Mon Sep 29, 2008 2:43 pm

Is there a patch or fix for FS9 so that I can play without the disk? I need to give a friend of mine my Disk 4 so he can re-install, but I will still want to play (I can't go a whole week without this!)

This always comes up once in a while.. Yes.. there is a crack/patch. Call it what you will but Microsoft don't like it (for obvious reasons) and as Simviation is a website and forum SOLELY about Microsoft's FS and CFS series of simulators it isn't wise for us to discuss or condone the use of it as it can be regarded as promoting piracy.....

Sorry.  :P

Oh...piracy...ouch. Nevermind then, thought it was like a fix or patch directly from Microsoft.

No point in giving it to your freind because as soon as he installs it and gives it back to you he can't play it without a CD 4  so it would be pointless

Use FS2002. It doesn't need a patch.

FSX doesn't need a patch, either.
