Change to Different Textured Aircraft

I believe there are several different textured aircraft in FS9.  In the aircraft folder for the DC-3 I noticed there are 3.  How does one change the textured aircraft to fly, or even to see what the others look like?

By the way...(on the DC-3 pitching up and down for me...I bought another joystick, used a softer hand on my turns, and re-installed the software again).  It seems to be doing fine now.

When you select "Create a flight" and "choose aircraft," you can choose what texture of the aircraft you want to fly with in there underneath the model of aircraft.

sounds odd about your joystick, I've had the AV8R joystick for a while now and I cant say enough about it. Out of curiousity, what did you get to replace it?
