What addons do you have installed? Any of them payware?

Your missing terrain files for the area, in particular those that draw the coastlines.

1-Have you installed any terrain add-on for the area? If so maybe you missed some files. If you installed and then removed a similar add-on have you forgotten to restore some default files?

2-Have you installed any terrain add-ons for other areas and maybe, by mistake, removed some wrong files?

If yes to 1- then have a look at the add-on's install or uninstall instructions to see what you might have missed.

If yes to 2 or if neither apply- For the missing default coastlines in your second screenshot look in the ...\Scenery\Namw\scenery\ folder for the default files; HL915150 and HP915150.

If they are missing you can restore them from CD#3\MSGAME8.cab.

If there are other missing coastlines we'll have to determine the files involved.

At that time [1909] the chief engineer was almost always the chief test pilot as well. That had the fortunate result of eliminating poor engineering early in aviation.

you guys rock!!!  Thanks Dave.  That fixed the problem.  I found some other  files listed with the .bak extension but I think a scenery I have has made the changes there.  I do you know where a bgl goes?  Is there some utility to look it up?  Thanks again,  I knew Id get help here.

Thanks,
Sean
