have ya tried lowering ur resoulution? with a bigger screen fs may have automatically raised it too high for ur system to handle
Try deleting your FS9.cfg file (after backing it up of course!). FS will rebuild a new cfg with default settings on next startup. Any tweaks you made before can be edited in again from your backup copy.Your problem may be the same as mine. I bumped up my settings to max-max all over the sim the other night after having them set to give me good performance for a long, long time. Now, FS starts and crashes in less than a second, reverting to Desktop. Problem is, I can't get into it to set things back. What I don't understand is that I can run DiRT and GRID on this machine like butter yet my creaky, cranky old FS2004 throws it to the mat...
