Somehow I have lost my GPS system out of any airplane.

Check the \Gauges\ folder for 'fs9gps.cab'-297kb-6/12/2003.

If it is  missing or different file size or date you can recover it from CD2\MSGAME3.cab

At that time [1909] the chief engineer was almost always the chief test pilot as well. That had the fortunate result of eliminating poor engineering early in aviation.
